We are a pretty lean business, and just starting to structure ourselves for the next phase of growth, led by a charismatic CEO and supported by a great team who have one thing at the front of their mind: ‘How do we deliver better customer satisfaction?’
Our software provides customers with better tools to run and manage their call centres, it has its own domain language that we wrote and runs on a hosted platform at customer sites.
Our tech stack is very Microsoft – currently we use .Net, SQL Server, Windows and lots of integration into diallers, data centres, Virtual PBX, VMware hosting etc – and we are on the exciting journey towards deploying Infinity in the cloud.
We are based in Birmingham City Centre, just above Broad Street so really good for bars, restuarants, shopping or just enjoying the city centre.
